We think in loads: a part load is the usual entry point. The exact lower limit depends on route and packaging – tell us your volume and delivery location and we will tell you honestly whether and how it works.

Prices on request, tiered by annual volume. Tell us your approximate demand and you will get a clear assessment.

Standard are big bags of approx. 700 kg for fillers or palletised 15 kg sacks for trade. Other packaging by agreement, subject to feasibility.

Payment terms are agreed individually in the quote – depending on volume, duration and route. Just raise it with us.

Encina grows in the EU and the deforestation risk is low. From the application date in 2027, every load comes with the due diligence statement including reference numbers – the basis for your own documentation.

Our core territory is the EU. Deliveries to Switzerland or other non-EU countries are possible on request; customs handling is then agreed case by case.

On request we source further single-species charcoals from southern Spain, for example cork oak (alcornoque) or olive – subject to feasibility. We align samples and any available analysis figures with you before the first load.

Through the Universidad de Extremadura analysis (2026): the lab figures meet the requirements of DIN EN 1860-2; PAH-tested, sulphur not detectable. Plus REACH registered, ISO 9001, FSC, EUDR compliant.

Yes. We deliver year-round from ongoing production, with a capacity of 70–80 tonnes per month.

Yes – encina is the standard charcoal in Spanish Josper and asador kitchens: long, stable embers, hardly any sparks, neutral smoke, screened XL lumps from 35 mm.
